COACH GRANT PALMER

Owner and Founder of palmer performance

Prior to founding Palmer Performance, Grant gained hands-on coaching experience at multiple gyms across the Chicagoland area and completed an internship at Primal Performance in Denver, working with athletes across all sports and levels of competition.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University, where he competed as a collegiate baseball outfielder, served as team captain his senior year, and earned All-Conference and All-Area honors.

Off the field, he was a recipient of the OVC Medal of Honor, co-founded the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter on campus, and served as his team’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative.

A former two-sport varsity athlete in baseball and football, Grant earned All-Conference, All-Area, and Team MVP honors during his high school career.

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, with current CPR/AED certification, ensuring both high-level performance training and athlete safety.

At Palmer Performance, Grant brings that same competitive drive and leadership into every session, delivering individualized, data-driven programs with a relentless commitment to helping athletes perform at the highest level.
